Chelsea has been banned from buying any more players until the January transfer window in 2011. This is because the persuaded Kakutua to break his contract with Lens in 2007.I think it is bad because if they were in the middle of a deal with a team like Man U, and Man U were still thinking they wouldnt be able to buy him. He may be good and when he can be bought again Chelsea manager might not want to sell any more.
It's unfair. But Chelsea should be punished someway else.
